Fire Damage
This fire resulted in extensive interior damage, requiring removal of all fixtures, walls, ceilings, flooring & part of the roof. (Basically, down to studs!) Even after another contractor told the homeowner to cut her losses & walk away, she just wasn’t ready to give up on her home. With the help of our team, we were able to negotiate with the insurance company to ensure all necessary components were included to restore her home back to per-loss conditions. As they say, “A house is made of bricks and beams. A home is made of hopes and dreams.”
